Monica Peterson dedicated 22 years to the U.S. Air Force, starting in military intelligence before achieving the rank of Senior Master Sergeant in personnel management. During the last 10 years of service, she became a licensed Realtor in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, now co-founding a new brokerage venture. She also co-leads LMP Holdings, delivering business financing through LMP Business Solutions and personal credit empowerment via Credit2Keys.

Beyond her professional passions, Monica has been married 17 years and is the proud mom of three accomplished adult children, each with postgraduate achievements. Her newest pride and joy? Her first grandson, who inspires her daily to keep building a legacy of leadership, service, and family.

Dr. Marguritte S. Johnson

EMCEE

Dr. Marguritte S. Johnson, age 45, resides in Dallas, TX with her husband, Dr. Jeremiah Johnson of 26 years, and two children, JJ Jr. (age 22) and Mariah Serenity (age 20). She is committed to being the change that she desires to see in the world today as a Social Activist and Founder and Executive Director of two 501(c)(3) organizations, Stand 4 Sisterhood and ProActivism Inc.

Dec 10, 2023, Dr. Johnson received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for the years of gifting her time, talent, and treasures for the betterment of others. Her nonprofit, Stand 4 Sisterhood received Nonprofit of the Year from the City of Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce in December 2022. Furthermore, October 27 has been officially proclaimed as Stand 4 Sisterhood Day, and the 4th week of July as Diamonds in the Rough Summer Camp Week serving girls ages 10-18, both in the City of Farmers Branch. Johnson launched 4CORE in 2020: an Inter-Generational Mentoring Network committed to personal and professional development and bridging the generational gap among girls and women. She is CEO of MSJ-PRO Services, LLC - a consulting agency specializing in LLC and 501c3 formations, 990 filings, and funding strategies for start-up nonprofit entities. Johnson officiated as Executive Pastor for ten years at LIFE Intl’ Ministries, and since 2018 has served on the advisory board for the National Academy of Finance serving DISD schools.

In 2020, she received an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Counseling, in 2021 her Nonprofit Management Certification, and in 2022-2024 Grant-writing Certifications from UNT Dallas, and her Ordination and Licensing in Chaplaincy in 2022. Are meals provided?

Saturday Lunch and Sunday Brunch is provided for all in-person attendees. There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres at the gala and VIP Welcome Reception. We’ll provide everyone with a list of local dining options near the event so you can make the most of your breakfast and dinner.

Will you offer a livestream ticket?

We do not offer a virtual experience because nothing can compare to being in the room. We recommend that you attend in person to get the full experience.

Is there a refund/cancellation policy?

While tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, they are transferable.

Is the tuition tax deductible?

In general, most professional development courses can be written off in part or completely as a business expense. Even so, I strongly recommend that you share your receipt with your tax advisor for every expense- including travel.

Will I get one-on-one time with Terri?

Because this event is an intimate learning experience, you can count on Terri, in her signature style, coming down off the stage to add value and work with participants to usher in breakthroughs.

If you want more personal time with Terri, you should consider our VIP option so that you will have lunch with her. VIP seats are extremely limited to enhance the experience with attendees.

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code is business casual. We recommend clothes that make you feel like a million bucks and shoes that will make the day pleasant.

Am I going to have to deal with more selling or is this conference content rich?

Terri is known for her no fluff, actionable and life-shifting content. Her commitment is to your next level of growth and transformation and she will be delivering content that you can start implementing right away. Terri is not a fan of  “pump you up” multi-speaker pitch-fest events that leave you excited, but not necessarily transformed. She believes she has to earn the right to help you continue to accelerate your life, career and business before presenting you with more options. Terri will only share a few resources with you to enhance your transformational journey. Please note: there may be a small number of carefully selected exhibitors onsite offering services that might be beneficial to our target audience, but no purchase is necessary.

Can my spouse/best friend attend?

Yes! We love it when attendees bring their spouse, friends, colleagues, etc. to experience transformations with them for added support and edification. This event is for ANY business owner who desires to gain access to strategies to enhance their life and business. You can secure your “Bring a Friend” ticket after you register for the event.

Is recording permitted during any sessions?
